Who Would U Allow to Dress U up ?

And the last I recall letting someone dress me up was my dear Mum when I was say - 10 and below ? She had great taste and knew what colours toned me beautifully.. Thus my good fashion sense today - ahem. Well ok you get the point : Try letting "My Vintage Garden : We Dress You Up" have a go ? you will not be disappointed . . . ( these dots are meant to stress the three words it follows by after )

Trinkets Trail at Subang Avenue

One sunny Saturday afternoon while looking for food, I stumbled upon the somewhat newly opened Subang Avenue!

I was most intrigued by the 'disco skating' sign on the top most floor of the commercial area... Hence decided to go in to explore... If you haven't visited Subang Avenue ... Sad to say.. The take up of mall tenants are poor... Resulting in what one may call.. a ghostly mall!! Other than a couple of shops located closest to the window facing the main street... And eateries such as Skewers and Taipei Taipei (which I highly recommend for Taiwanese food) ... Subang Avenue still has a long way to go..

What caught my eye though was the small scale bazaar "Trinket's Trail" that is held every Saturday from 11am to 6pm...

Shh.. its heaven on earth and its a secret..

Ok so the week passes and you get stressed, angry or any negative feeling all S.U.R.P.R.E.S.S.E.D. What should you do or where should you go ? Well, come over closer.. little teeny bit more closer and I will tell you a secret : I found a little piece of heaven on earth .. and it was AN ODYSSEY itself : THAI ODYSSEY , a place of massage, relaxation and spa.

Chengdu Shopping (Part One)

A Sichuan tour guide once told me that Sichuan women are much sought after for their beauty. To maintain this reputation, a good sense of fashion is paramount.

If you're ever in Chengdu, China, you'd stand witness to this testament. The ladies and gents do dress up, some say more so than their counterparts in other provinces of the country.

Chengdu Shopping

The main shopping district in Chengdu is at Chun Xi Lu (Chun Xi Rd).
You shouldn't miss this one!

Chic Nail Spa - A girls day out!

So team Breakfastchatz decided on a girls day out! The highlight of our day out is the pedi that we had at Soong Ai Ling's Chic Nail Spa...

It was a last minute decision to get a pedi on a Saturday evening.. we were already rudely turned down by a few Nail Salons on in the area.. for not making prior bookings.. when we stumbled upon this quaint little Nail Salon... The service person at the counter was most accommodating and could squeeze us in the last appointment... Plus points for good service already...

We were ushered into Big comfy dark chairs among the beautiful Victorian / Parisian decorations.. even tea/ water was served in teacups! Ah.. I felt I was sipping tea with the Queen lol..=P The shop brightly lilted is spacious enough to accommodate at least 8-10 ladies.. and their many service staff walking around and working comfortably...

Nail Bar - Hic!

In pure Lady Aphrodite’s words:

“Let’s get this straight”, we LURVE our mani-pedi sessions.

So one fine day, us Breakfast-Chatters decided to take our brunch session to a bar instead.
To all you alcoholics out there, sorry darlings, but this bar is 100% halal. *winks*

Nail Bar is its name, and away we ventured to give it a try.

Bubbly for your Hair!

Citygate Outlets Hong Kong - Part Two

I am sure you realized I missed out CROCS only because it was too special to shove it down with the rest of the delicious deals. Crocs normal prices of flip flops go from RM 100-150 and truth be told I have never seen any wedges designs sold in CROCS MALAYSIA.
