To finish off with my last part on Saigon / Ho Chi Minh City Shopping ... This is a little special something for all your fashionistas out there with little time in Saigon / Ho Chi Minh City! So you wanna splash the cash and dash outta Saigon.. these are a few options for you.. A little bit upmarket and may be pricey, but you can find some bargains in these stores too!
La Bella 85-87 Pasteur Street, District 1
This store here sells a variety of clothes, shoes, bags and accessories.. a Japanese store selling Bohemian inspired items with their bright and happy colours.. Clothes here are a bit on the expensive side, but you can get decent bargains at the 2nd floor's discount corner. Sometimes the clothes are slashed by 50% which from USD50, you'll get it for a great discount at USD25.. even better when they run they buy one free one promotion I got a dress and a Skirt for USD25 =)
Ipa Nima 77-79 Dong Khoi Street, District 1
Ipa Nima - usually known to all as sandals / slippers range by Gisele Bundchen... In Vietnam, it's your go to for handbags, totes, clutches! The bags sold here are described as unique and colourful.. so don't be surprise to see a Hot Pink or a Torquiose bag .. However to some, these collections may be seen as a little pricey.. (be ready to come up with USD50 and above) although it's considerable much cheaper than the outlets in KL and other countries..
Bags sold here are almost one of kind as they don't come in many pieces.. and I must say I own a few of these bags, and it's a real eye catcher..
Do ask for a discount, cause sometimes they do give out 10-20% even though there isn't a sale =)
Maya aka Diva 279 Hai Ba Trung Street, District 3
Diva in Vietnam is re branded as Maya.. The items sold here are more expensive then what you would get at the markets, however it's a real steal as the prices are relatively cheaper than Diva in Malaysia =)
During their sale, earrings start from as cheap as RM6 (VND 30,000) and if lucky they run the buy 1 free 1 promotion as well.. =)

If you're as Mad as a Hatter.. this store is just right for you! Selling all kinds of head pieces (fedoras, pork pies, berets) .. You can get the prettiest straw hats here! It's a bright pink store at the corner of a busy road selling rows and rows of hats and helmets! =)
My deduction is that the more colours on the straw hat.. the more expensive it is.. During a sale, a single coloured wide straw hat would sell for RM30++ (VND 180,000), the price increases based on the colour and design.. and did I mention.. they also run great buy 1 free 1 promotions throughout the year!
So there... if you're in Saigon / Ho Chi Minh City with not enough time for bargain hunting or negotiating.. worry not! Saigon has its little delights that would leave you bound for home with your new gorgeous fashion finds and you smiling and wanting to come back for More! *smile and stay fabulous!
