A calming visit for your soul

It was one of those weeks of too many late nights.. being hunched over the laptop for far too long... The stress from work only added my cry... I NEEDED A MASSAGE!! My shoulders needed kneading.. My lower back - a good rub.. My body - some pampering.. In short.. I needed to get away from it all!!

Being desperate, I knew I had to source for a spa who would accomodate not only to my pampering needs but my busy work hours too...And so I stumbled upon this spa haven Soul Nibbana while searching for 'spa in pj' online.. Not one of the tops searches I must say.. But what caught my eye was the 2 hour aromatherapy massage for RM95! My heart leaped with joy and shoulders shuddered with glee! Plus they had a slot on that Saturday afternoon.. Hooray!

Body wellness and Poise - Part Two The Spa!

Even as I write this.... My memory floats back to the amazing and relaxing weekend I had at Poise... If you Divas have been following us faithfully... You'll know that we had one of the best massage coupon from Mydeal with Poise, that we bought ANOTHER Spa package with them... yes it was that good..

So was it as good as the first time...?

Yes, super long title , what to do -  instead of saying one word " LAVANA " which none of you will know what the bubblegum ( lady aphordite chooses to be sweet and polite ) am talking about , I make it more oomph for you to read =) hehe . Fear not, LAVANA will not be ancient to you after this. It is THE MOST BESTIEST LOVELIEST AHHHHH-EST spa I as a spa whore has been to. Catch : it is in my beloved second home of Bangkok :p

Enter into the world of body wellness and Poise

Hey divas! Guess what! We Breakfast Divas have found ourselves a new spa haven!! With the help of Mydeal... offering RM39.90 for a 60 min Full Body massage.. we found Poise Organic Wellness Studio.. nicely hidden off the busy old klang road..

Only 7 months old.. This 3 story house has been converted into a 3 story spa haven.. Words alone cannot describe the white and grey exterior with bamboo finishing to welcome us into a world of calmness and zen..

 

Pass the glass doors.. We entered into a smiling greeting Connie, one of the owners who immediately ushered us comfortably onto the teak wooden princess day bed serving us with hot tea... We were so taken in with the wooden furniture... And timber slabs.. the sound of water flowing.. we almost instantly fell in love with Poise!
