Hey divas! Guess what! We Breakfast Divas have found ourselves a new spa haven!! With the help of Mydeal... offering RM39.90 for a 60 min Full Body massage.. we found Poise Organic Wellness Studio.. nicely hidden off the busy old klang road..
Only 7 months old.. This 3 story house has been converted into a 3 story spa haven.. Words alone cannot describe the white and grey exterior with bamboo finishing to welcome us into a world of calmness and zen..
Pass the glass doors.. We entered into a smiling greeting Connie, one of the owners who immediately ushered us comfortably onto the teak wooden princess day bed serving us with hot tea... We were so taken in with the wooden furniture... And timber slabs.. the sound of water flowing.. we almost instantly fell in love with Poise!
Plus points for setting the mood and getting us relaxed for the massage that was to come next...
Connie had our masseuse in standby as we were settling in.. and once we are ready she asked which of us would like a hard or soft rub... I like my massages.. but sometimes.. the rough-ness makes it uncomfortable.. so asking my pressure preference ... already sets my expectations for a gentle and relaxing massage..=) *all smiles!
How I would rate a massage is how relaxed and unwind I feel after.. and I must say.. after this one.. I felt like going back home to sleep.. yes.. it was that good.. =) the scent from the massage oils was relaxing.. the pressure was just right.. I felt the tightness release from my very tired shoulders .. that I felt upset the experience was over in 60 mins (on the dot!)
Unsatisfied it was only 60 mins.. I bought myself 2 spa package sessions (scrub/ massage/ wrap)... 150 mins each.. for only RM239.. that was only offered to Mydeal customers.. Yes.. it was a deal too hard to resist!! =) especially since you'll be given your spa treat in the "sky"
